1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaaSique ("the Service"), operated by Wealth Maker Masterclass Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SaaSique is an AI-powered product validation platform that scrapes public sources (Reddit, YouTube, reviews, social media, etc.) and generates competitive intelligence reports and gap analyses. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for research and informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to scrape or access the Service through automated means beyond normal API limits
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its UI, branding, AI models, and underlying technology, is the proprietary property of Wealth Maker Masterclass Limited. The gap analysis reports generated by the Service are provided for your use, but you may not resell or redistribute them as a standalone product.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

SaaSique provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis. You use the Service at your own risk. In no event shall Wealth Maker Masterclass Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
